Report Identity Theft and Suspicious Activity

Urban Partnership Bank will never ask you to verify financial or personal information via unsolicited email or telephone call.

As fraudulent email, phone calls, text messages, and websites are becoming more common, if you receive a suspicious or unsolicited message claiming to be from Urban Partnership Bank, please report the communication to us.

Forward suspicious email and website information to abuse@upbnk.com.*

If you believe you have provided personal information in response to a fraudulent email or web site, contact the Urban Partnership Bank Customer Service Team at 1-800-905-7725.

If your debit card is lost or stolen, report it immediately to the 24-hour lost or stolen service center number at 1-800-554-8969. The card will be permanently blocked.

Contact a Urban Partnership Bank Personal Banker or our Customer Service Team at 1-800-905-7725 during regular banking hours to apply for a new card or to report any unauthorized activity.
