Email Security

Regular email is not a secure method of communication. You should be wary of suspicious emails. Never open attachments, click on links, or respond to emails from suspicious or unknown senders. 

We recommend that you take the following email security measures:

  • If you receive a suspicious email stating to be from Urban Partnership Bank that you think is a phishing email, do not respond or provide any information.
  • Report the correspondence to or contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-905-7725.* 

Remember: Urban Partnership Bank will never ask you to verify financial or personal information via unsolicited email or telephone call. If your question involves a specific Urban Partnership Bank account or you need to send us any personal or confidential information, you should log into your online banking account to send a secure message.
