You can continue using your Urban Partnership Bank debit card while knowing that we are always working to help protect your financial information.

Here is what you need to know:

  • You can continue to use your Urban Partnership Bank card.
  • We encourage you to monitor your accounts and let us know immediately if you notice fraudulent transactions. 
  • Notify Customer Service immediately at (800) 905.7725 should you discover fraudulent activity in your account.
  • We proactively monitor your accounts for fraud with industry-leading fraud protection tools to help minimize your exposure to risk and the impact of any fraud. 
  • If we believe the account is at risk for fraud, we will notify you at once and reissue the card.
  • You can enroll in Account alerts on to track activity on your account.
